3. Radical Re-ORGAN-ization

The schedule for Radical Re-ORGAN-ization is 1 week per month over a 4 – 5 month period. Scott Carley comes for a week, implements the modules and assigns homework to the Leadership Team. This gives the Leadership Team time to integrate their new information. Without question, a commitment to the long term adjustments significantly increases the rate of success. The repetition of process become second nature after the 4th to 5th week so that what was un-natural become second nature.

- These statements or series of will coincide with the church mission statement. Each Department will develop their mission statement or focus.

VOLUNTEER TRAINING / QUALIFICATIONS
- Entry level volunteer training equipping workers with basic ministry skills

WEEK 4

ANNUAL PLANNING RETREAT
- A remote location with the Dream Team (department leaders) for some inspirational brainstorming, training and fellowship. Then placing all the major events for the next year on the calendar
