Scott Carley comes for a week, implements the modules and assigns homework to the Leadership Team. This gives the Leadership Team time to integrate their new information. Without question, a commitment to the long term adjustments significantly increases the rate of success. The repetition of process become second nature after the 4th to 5th week so that what was un-natural become second nature.
